Notice

1.This power unit is S3 working type, can not work continuously, can work repeatedly.

2.Before installation, please be sure the cleanliness of component like tank, tube and fittings, without any impurities.

3.Viscosity of oil should be 15-68CST, should be clean and without impurities. Suggest to use N46 hydraulic oil. If need to work all-weather, must use aviation hydraulic fluid.

4.This power unit is vertical installation.

5.After first work, oil tank should be checked immediately to see if there’s enough oil.

6.After the first 100 working hour, hydraulic oil should be replaced. After that, the oil should be replaced every 3000 working hours.

The common faults of the hydraulic power unit of the Vehicle Lift are divided into phenomena, causes and corresponding solutions as follows: 

 一. the lifting is slow and can not reach the highest. 

 1. Insufficient pressure Cause: Overflow valve pressure regulation is too low, valve core is stuck, and spring is fatigued Solution: Regulate to the standard pressure of the equipment; disassemble and clean overflow valve, and replace the valve core/spring if it is damaged. 

2.Insufficient hydraulic oil/oil deterioration Cause: low oil level, thin oil/more impurities Solution: add hydraulic oil of the same type to the center line of the oil scale;If the oil turns black and turbid, replace the oil directly and clean oil tank. 

3.Poor oil absorption/air leakage of oil intake Cause: The oil suction filter screen is blocked, and the oil suction pipe is loose/damaged. Solution: Clean/replace the oil suction filter element; fasten the pipe joint and replace the aging oil pipe. 

4.Insufficient motor power/insufficient speed Cause: low voltage, damaged motor capacitor, motor bearing stuck Solution: Check the power supply voltage; replace the starting capacitor; repair or replace the motor. 

 二. Do not rise at all.Motor turns but no pressure 

 1.Failure of oil pump Cause: Internal wear of gear pump/vane pump and damage of valve plate Solution: Disassemble and overhaul the oil pump, and directly replace the hydraulic pump of the same type if it is seriously worn. 

2.Check valve stuck/seal failure Cause: the valve core is stuck by impurities and the valve seat is worn. Solution: Disassemble and clean one-way valve, grind the valve seat, and replace the valve body assembly if the sealing is poor.  III. Descending too fast/sliding down, unable to lock (automatic sliding) 

Failure of the lowering throttle valve Cause: The orifice is blocked and the adjusting screw is loose Solution: Clean throttle valve, and re-clean it.
