  • Q How many strokes does the medical bed cylinder have?

    A A  The hydraulic cylinder for beauty bed and medical bed with stroke 130mm,140mm,150mm,200mm ,250mm and 300mm.
    And they can bear 250 kgs,the rated load is 300 kgs and max load is 600 kgs.

  • Q What should we pay attention to when installing the cylinder?

    A

         1.The piston rod shall be protected from lateral force and bending moment.
         2.Install and align to prevent the seal from being damaged by force. 
         3.Buffer stroke shall be reserved to avoid cylinder collision. 

     
     
    Q  Can cylinder be inverted/side-mounted?
     
    A  Yes, but the support shall be added to prevent the piston rod from sagging and eccentric wear; horizontal support is recommended for heavy load and long stroke. 



    Q  How to choose hydraulic oil? 
     
    A  Commonly used anti-wear hydraulic oil L-HM32/46/68, low pour point at low temperature and high viscosity at high temperature.
