SD8 Directional control valve is a universal hydraulic main control valve for mobile construction machinery. Based on the superposition and assembly of modular valve plates, it is used to centrally control the start, stop, reversing and speed regulation of multiple groups of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. 

It is suitable for * * open center and closed (load sensing LS) * * hydraulic systems. It has compact structure, high pressure resistance and flexible combination. It is widely used for hydraulic control of outdoor heavy-duty walking equipment.

  Core structure form  It adopts the structure of piece-by-piece assembly, and is formed by connecting the oil inlet head link, a plurality of working links and a tail link in series through a screw rod: 

 1. The main overflow valve of the first integrated system limits the maximum working pressure of the whole machine; 

2. Each working valve core is equipped with a load check valve (anti-falling valve) to stop and lock the oil cylinder to prevent the self-weight from sliding down;

 3. Universal interchange of valve core (valve core diameter 18 mm), free replacement of neutral function (O, Y, P, T, etc.); 

4.The oil circuit supports three basic circuits of parallel connection, series-parallel connection and series connection, and can be equipped with afterflow transition oil ports to meet the requirements of compound action.  III.
