 The advantages of modular structure 

 1. The number of links can be freely spliced from 1 to 12, the valve plate can be increased or decreased as required, the valve body does not need to be replaced as a whole, the customization cost is low, the complex Multi-Action equipment can be adapted, and the single chip failure can be replaced separately.There is no need to disassemble the whole valve, and the maintenance time is greatly reduced. 

2. Each unit is independently equipped with overload valve, oil supplement valve, hydraulic lock and one-way valve. Single circuit overload relieves pressure independently without interfering with other actions. The anti-settlement effect of oil cylinder is excellent, and the static stability of heavy load is strong. 

3. Flow channel optimization design, large flow pressure loss is small, 100L/min long-term continuous operation oil temperature rise is slow, not easy to high temperature pressure relief, long-term heavy load working conditions are more stable 

  Advantages of high voltage and heavy load durability

An integral valve body made of high-strength nodular cast iron,The valve core is chrome-plated and wear-resistant, and the fluorosilicone seal is resistant to dust and impurities; the working temperature is -40 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃, and the oil leakage rate is low after long-term operation in the harsh dust and high and low temperature environment of the construction site, so the valve is not easy to be stuck. The design of direct-acting main safety valve abandons the pilot structure which is easy to be blocked, greatly improves the anti-fouling ability, and still works stably in harsh oil environment. 

 Advantages of flexible adaptation of multi-mode control  Support multiple control modes of manual/pneumatic control/hydraulic control/DC12V/24V electro-hydraulic control, and switch to manual emergency operation in case of electric control failure without delaying operation; remote control and PLC can be installed.
