Materials and Processes (Basic) -Cylinder: 45 # seamless steel, honed mirror grade (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm), internal diameter tolerance ± 0.02 mm. -Piston rod: 45Cr hardened and tempered, hard chromium plating ≥ 25 μm, hardness HRC ≥ 60, straightness ≤ 0.05 mm/m.
