Customized Hydraulic Power Pack for Lift Cargo Ladder.

Hydraulic power unit (hydraulic freight elevator) 

 -Extremely load-bearing: can easily drive 2-10 tons of heavy load, suitable for factory/warehouse heavy cargo transportation. 

-Simple structure: the core is motor + oil pump + oil tank, with few components, low fault and easy troubleshooting. 

-Flexible installation: no need for machine room, deep pit, low requirements for hoistway and low civil construction cost. 

-Self-locking safety: In case of power failure/fault, the hydraulic valve is locked, and the car does not fall, so the safety is high. -Low maintenance: no complex transmission parts, only need to check the oil level/sealing, low maintenance cost.

Daily spot check

 -Oil level: the oil level of the oil tank is between the upper and lower scales, and the hydraulic oil of the same type is insufficient.

 -Leakage: check the pump, valve, pipeline, connector and oil cylinder for oil leakage. -Running sound: the pump and motor shall be free of abnormal sound and violent vibration after startup. 

-Oil temperature: normal 30 – 55 ℃, over 60 ℃, shutdown for inspection. 

-Pressure: No load/full load pressure in accordance with the nameplate, no significant fluctuations.  II. Weekly maintenance 

 -Record parameters:Pressure, oil temperature, operating current, comparison trend.

 -Cleaning: clean dust and oil on the surface of the power unit, and keep good heat dissipation.

 -Fastening: re-tighten the bolts of motor, pump, valve block and pipeline joint.   Semi-annual maintenance (every 6 months) 

 -Hydraulic oil: sample and test, and replace it if it is polluted/emulsified/discolored (commonly used 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil). 

-Oil tank: Empty and clean inner wall to remove oil sludge and impurities. 

-Pumps and motors:Check the pump shaft seal, the alignment of the coupling, and the grease filling of the motor bearing. 

-Safety valve: check the pressure to ensure reliable overload protection. Safety and taboo  -Power-off operation: disconnect the main power supply before maintenance and hang a warning sign. 

-Oil matching: only add hydraulic oil of the same model and brand, and mixing is strictly prohibited. 

-It is forbidden to disassemble the valve under pressure: disassemble the pipeline and valve after pressure relief.  Quick inspection of common faults 

 -High oil temperature: low oil level, clogged filter element, dirty cooler and high pressure. 

-Insufficient pressure: oil leakage, filter element blockage, pump wear, overflow valve failure.
