M45-5 Directional Control Valve

M45 has a nominal flow of 45L/min and a maximum pressure resistance of 35MPa (350bar). It is a special reversing valve for medium and small flow mobile hydraulics. The valve body is compact and can be combined into 1 to 6 units. It is mainly operated manually. Flexible shaft, electric control and hydraulic control are also available. It is mainly used for small walking machinery and vehicle-mounted hydraulic equipment. Centralized control of oil cylinder, hydraulic motor reversing, start and stop and action speed regulation. 

  Application of Construction Machinery

 1.Small Skid Steer Loader Control the lifting boom,The quick-change motor for bucket retraction, side shift and accessories is the standard main control valve of the domestic miniature sliding machine, which can realize the compound action of lifting and tipping. 

2. Rescue Trailer (Road Wrecker) M45 valves with 4 ~ 6 units are commonly used to control the extension and retraction of the support arm, lifting, clamping of the tire, retraction and release of the rear winch, and support of the outrigger. Chengli, Yuehai and Dongfeng wreckers are widely equipped with M45 multi-way valve groups. 

3. Micro drill, small down-the-hole drill Control drill pipe feeding, slewing motor, landing gear of drilling rig,Hydraulic outrigger; M45 valve with explosion-proof handle is selected for underground small drilling rig in coal mine, which is suitable for severe working conditions of dust.

 4. Mini excavator, small crushing equipment It is used for auxiliary action of miniature excavator and oil circuit reversing control of hydraulic breaking hammer.  II. Environmental Sanitation and Vehicle-mounted Dump Equipment 

 5. Sanitation garbage trucks, sprinklers and sewage suction trucks Control the lifting of the garbage compartment, the opening and closing of the rear cover, the scraper pushing, and the reversing of the sewage suction pipe winch motor. 

6. Miniature agricultural dump truck and three-wheeled rollover dump truck The single/double M45 valve controls the lifting and falling of the cargo box, which is compact and suitable for small tonnage on-board hydraulic pressure.
